Our state-of-the-art Tool Room is equipped with hard milling machines, high-precision wire cut EDM, and spark erosion for machining tools up to 60 HR with unwavering precision. Seamless CAD/CAM integration and automated probe line inspections ensure every tool meets the highest standards, guaranteeing exceptional precision.

COLD Forging

For over 50 years, we've pioneered the cold forging process in India, building unrivaled capabilities for diverse industrial needs. Our manufacturing capability includes Mechanical Presses ranging from 200-2500 tons, Hydraulic Presses ranging from 50-600 tons, more than 70 Single Station Presses, 4 High-Speed Parts Former ranging from 30-110 parts per minute, Automated 5 & 6 Multi-Station Parts Formers catering from 22-50 mm diameter coil, and Billet Shearing Machines up to 60 mm diameter bars.

WarM Forging

Since 1994, we have developed and mastered our warm forging capability. Our warm forging capability includes 3 Warm Forging cells with Induction heaters for Steel Parts and 4 Warm Forging cells with Induction heaters for Aluminum Parts.

Machining

Boasting 200 CNC Turning Centers and 50 Vertical Machining Centers, placed in dedicated cells for high-volume parts and flexible lines for low-volume runs, our machining prowess ensures seamless Forward Integration for automotive and non-automotive customers. Our Machining capabilities like grinding, spline rolling, thread rolling, hard turning, and hard milling, produce Near-Net-Shape parts solidifying our leadership position.

Heat treatment

Our in-house heat treatment processes unlock optimal mechanical performance, tailoring hardness, durability, and other critical features to meet the diverse functional needs of our customers. Leveraging advanced techniques like continuous solution hardening, vacuum hardening, induction hardening, and nitro carburization plant, we adhere to rigorous CQI-9 standards to ensure consistent, top-tier results.

Surface Treatment

Our automated surface treatment processes – anodizing, zinc plating, silver plating, soft chrome plating, nitro-carburizing, and vacuum-carburizing – imbue components with precise functionalities, from enhanced corrosion resistance to superior wear performance. Our rigorous process control, embedded within our automated lines, guarantees consistent, high-quality finishes that meet even the most demanding specifications.

Assembly

Our dedicated machine-building team has built fully automated assembly lines to assemble high-precision automotive components like suspension ball joints and crankshaft CV joints, with aggressive turnaround times. These high-precision assembly lines integrate cutting-edge error proofing, vision, and marking systems, ensuring each component emerges flawless and fully traceable. With our expertise, zero defects become more than just a promise – it is our standard.

Metrology & Metallurgy

We achieve zero-defect quality through a robust inspection arsenal: magnetic particle, resonant testing, and automated camera systems ensure visual and operational perfection. Our in-house labs, equipped with CMM, Spectromax, Metal Analyzer, XRF Spectro/Boroscopy, Omnia 2D X-ray Machine, Powder Particles Analyzer, and SEM/EDXCMMs, guarantee the highest standards.  A global quality management system further elevates product reliability, exceeding customer expectations.
